You can look at any nation in the world and see that the times we are living in are different. This is a season like no other season before in history. Now, more than ever, it is so important for every Believer to really be listening to the Holy Spirit and leaning into the Lord. Hearing from God and doing exactly what He says is critical in this hour.
Increase in Warfare & Victories
I recently had a prophetic dream where the demonic warfare was so intense, I could sense it even after I woke up. In this prophetic dream the warfare was tangible, and I knew the enemy was unleashing everything he possibly could against the people of God and those advancing the Kingdom of God.
The Lord spoke to me in the dream and said, "There will be increased warfare. But if the Church will use her power and authority there will also be increased victories." (Photo via Piqsels)
After I woke up from the dream, it was still heavy on my mind and spirit. I got up and began to pray, listening to hear from the Lord about the dream. As I prayed, I strongly sensed that this is a time for us, the Body of Christ, to stand up and use our authority against the increased warfare. The enemy is attempting to come in like a flood, unleashing chaos, fear and confusion to anyone in his way. There may be increased warfare, but we are about to see increased victories!
This is an hour for intercessors to be like watchmen set on the wall, to reverse the attacks of the enemy and see the Kingdom of God prevail. When we sense the increase in warfare, we must also anticipate increased victory. By using the power and authority God has given to us, we will see the warfare of the enemy defeated and victory come to the people of God!
Stopping Another Wave of Corruption
I feel that there is another wave of perversion and corruption that the enemy wants to release over America in this hour. However, I believe that we must raise the standard in prayer and fasting to see this wave stopped and to see victory for the Kingdom of God.
The enemy wants to use every weapon he has against America and those God has called to lead in this hour. However, we can combat this increase in warfare and see a shift by using the power and authority God has given us. Every prayer, every declaration and decree you make in this season matters.
Men and women of God, this is the hour to stand up and use your authority in Christ. This is an hour for the Church to walk in power and see victory over the enemy. This is an hour for the Church to stand up boldly and use the full authority and dominion Jesus has given to His people. (Photo via Unsplash)
God Is Raising Up Pure Voices in the Year of the ROAR!
In the face of such increased warfare, I believe God is raising up pure voices. God is raising up burning men and women, full of character and the Spirit of God, to raise their voices against the enemy and see Heaven invade Earth. This is the Hebrew year of the mouth; this is the year of the ROAR! This is not the time to sit back in fear and stay silent. No! Church, this is your hour! If you are a son or daughter of God, it is time for your voice to be heard. There is victory in your voice!
Revival, outpouring, awakening, and reformation are on the horizon for America and the nations of the world. But, in order to see it manifested in the earth, the people of God must stand up and fight against the increased warfare to see increased victory! https://elijahlist.com/words/display_word.html?ID=24055
2- “Hands Off, Devil! You Are Not Allowed Here!”
Kim Potter, Dayton, TN
I had a dream, recently, on a Saturday night. It was a quick dream, perhaps no longer than a few minutes. Even with the shortness of it, it spoke volumes to me.
In my dream, I was riding in the vehicle with Breanne, my daughter. In the back seat were my grandkids, Bryson and Brailee. I could see Bryson did not feel well. Something was wrong with his mouth; I didn't know what it was specifically. I leaned over the seat to pray for him, as I normally do, to declare the Word of God over him.
As I leaned forward, something came upon me, or within me...I am not sure. I laid one hand on Brailee, and one on Bryson and closed my eyes.
"Devil! TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF MY CHILDREN!" I thundered.
These words came rushing out of the depths of my soul. They exploded loudly and with such force that it shook the entire vehicle, stopping it in its tracks. We all looked at each other stunned. It was not what we were expecting to say the least.
Then I woke up.
As I went about my day, I couldn't get this dream out of my mind. Only later would I realize what God was showing me.
I don't know if you have noticed, but we are in a war zone. There is an unprecedented battle going on around us. Many are enraged. I am not talking about the world, or those who do not know God; I am talking about born-again, spirit-filled Christians.
We are accustomed to the world attacking Christians for their beliefs. What we are not as familiar with is Christians attacking Christians, or at least I am not. Yet that is what we are seeing. How is it happening? Through our words.
A Kingdom Divided Cannot Stand
I am not referring to Christians having difficult conversations or talking through their differences – or even two people agreeing to disagree. No, it's something entirely different. (Photo via Piqsels)
"If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand." (Mark 3:24-25)
Friends, we are equipped to be a strong, empowered Body of Christ. We are not a kingdom divided; we are one in God. We should behave as such.
Out of the Mouth Proceed Both Blessing and Cursing - Which Will You Choose?
James 3:8-10 says, "But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so."
These things should not be so.
The New Living Translation says it like this: "[B]ut no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison. Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. And so, blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!"
If our words do not line up with God's Word, they may very well be filled with poison.
"Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one Body: and be thankful." (Colossians 3:12-15)
Now is the time we must keep our minds on God. If there was ever a moment to treat our brothers and sisters with tender mercy, kindness and understanding, it is now. It is time to guard our mouths, watch our words and especially be aware of how we respond to others.
If someone is angry with you, take a deep breath and be kind. Don't react to the anger; instead, respond according to the Word of God. Seek God for answers, for wisdom and for His words.
Hands Off, Satan!
Back to my dream...In hindsight, I felt it was God Himself declaring with a loud voice, "Devil, take your hands off My children!"
Is it possible the enemy is attempting to use our mouths to hurt and destroy? He knows a divided house cannot stand. He also knows our words have creative power – we have what we say.
We are all God's children, one Body, and we must pray diligently for one another. We must use our words to bless, not curse. To bring healing, not destruction. We cannot be part of the division – we must be part of the solution. That begins with what is in our hearts, and what comes out of our mouths. We must watch our words. We must be cautious how we speak to one another. Love never fails.
We must ask ourselves what spirit is behind the words we are speaking. Is it the love and kindness of God? Is it anger and offense? Are we speaking out of our hurt and fear? Is it with gentleness, humility and understanding? What is motivating the words coming out of our mouths?
Don't allow the enemy to use your mouth. Give your mouth, your every word, to God, to be used for His glory. Use your mouth to stop the enemy in his tracks. Declare with a loud voice, "Let God's people go! Let our nation go! TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF GOD'S PEOPLE, DEVIL. TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE ARE ONE NATION UNDER GOD AND WE WILL REMAIN ONE NATION UNDER GOD!" (Photo via Pixabay)
Use your decree to come into agreement with God's plan, with HIS Word. Where two or three agree, it is done according to the Word of God. May our thundering, GOD-FILLED words go into the atmosphere and shift the entire world.
Your Words Declare You Innocent or Guilty
Let me share a few more Scriptures to ponder:
"May the words of our mouth and the meditation of our heart be always pleasing to God." (Psalm 19:14, paraphrased)
"The heart of the godly thinks carefully before speaking..." (Proverbs 15:28)
"The one who guards his mouth preserves his life; the one who opens wide his lips comes to ruin." (Proverbs 13:3)
Matthew 12:37 plainly tells us, "Your very words will be used as evidence against you, and your words will declare you either innocent or guilty."
If my words declare me innocent or guilty before God, then I must be diligent to say only what I hear my Father say. Just as Jesus did.
Arise, Church! Declare the Word of God!
In challenging times such as these, this may require more time spent in God's Word. It may necessitate additional prayer time, or longer periods in the presence of God. It will absolutely require humility. Whatever is needed for our words to be filled with God's love, kindness and power, that is what we must do.
Arise, Church! Declare the Word of God into the atmosphere. God has given us the plan, even the words needed. It's up to us to say, "Hands off, devil! You are not allowed here." https://elijahlist.com/words/display_word.html?ID=23952
3- “3 Reasons Why God Is Going to Turn It Around”
Judy Jacobs, Cleveland, Tennessee
There is a great song written by anointed writer Derick Thomas that I have sung many times on the TBN Network. The song is entitled, "Turn Around." I love to minister this song because of the message. The lyrics promise that God can change a situation in a person's life. And today, I want to give you three reasons why God is going to turn the situation around in your life, that YOU are going through.
“God Said He Would Turn It Around”
The first thing that needs to be established is the "it" that we are talking about. What is the thing – the "it" – that you need God to turn around in your life? Before you can assess the revelation of why God is going to turn it around, you must first identify the "it" that you are up against.
Now what you need to know is, with God, it really doesn't matter what you may be facing:
• It doesn't matter how big or how small your situation may seem to you.
• It doesn't matter what people have said.
• It doesn't matter what people have not said.
The most important thing is to see your situation turn around, so you must have faith. FAITH IS DEFINITELY REQUIRED!
The Bible clearly declares:
"But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Hebrews 11:6)
Faith is the vehicle you will need to see the miracle in your life come forth supernaturally.
I remember an incredible revelation that my husband and I received many years ago, as we were seeking the Lord about our ministry. We had begun a season of fasting and praying, and we were believing for God to turn some situations around in our ministry and our finances.
After much seeking in one of our all-night prayer meetings, literally, through the Holy Spirit, I heard a word from the Lord. He told us to go on our back deck and turn around three times – in representation of the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost – and then shout! I thought that was a very odd instruction, but on the other hand, that's what we were praying for: a turnaround!
I shared this revelation with Jamie, my husband. Then we went onto our back deck to do as the Lord had instructed us. Mind you, the Lord didn't inform us that our next-door neighbors would be on their back deck also, enjoying a nice warm spring morning. So, we went in faith! We prayed together, and then we proceeded to obey our instructions to turn around three times as we said, "In the name of the Father, in the name of the Son, and in the name of the Holy Ghost." (Photo via Flickr)
What followed were very loud shouts of "HALLELUJAH! PRAISE GOD! THANK YOU, JESUS! YOU'RE TURNING IT, LORD! WHOOOHOOOO!"
These shouts were coming from our lips very forcefully – and, may I just add, very loudly! Without hesitation, our neighbors abruptly got up out of their easy chairs and went inside, looking like they had seen a ghost. It didn't deter us; we had a word from the Lord and we needed a miracle!
I would say the same thing to you: Don't let people – what they think about you or say about you – prohibit you from being obedient to the voice of God, no matter how ridiculous you may feel or look. God will take the "foolish things of the world to confound the wise" (1 Corinthians 1:27).
3 Reasons Why God Is Turning Your Situation Around
So, what are the three reasons God is going to turn your situation around?
Reason one: First of all, you have a promise and a word from God. Someone has said, "One word from God can change everything." If you have a word from the Lord that has come through the Bible, your pastor, an evangelist, a prayer partner, a dream, or anything else that is God and Word-centered, you can count on it. IT MUST AND IT WILL COME TO PASS!
God essentially told Abraham, "I am going to send you away from your Father's house, your people, your environment, your comfortable place and position, and I'm going to take you to a place that I will show you" (see Genesis 12). This is what He promised Abram (Abraham) in Genesis 12:
• You will be great
• I will multiply you
• I will make your name great
• I will bless you and curse your enemies
• In you all the families of the earth shall be blessed
God made that promise to Abraham and to his seed, and He kept every word. Even though there were times Abraham doubted and seemingly went into left field, for the most part he walked in the faithfulness of the Word of the Lord and saw it fulfilled in his life.
Reason two: The next reason God is going to turn it around in your life is because He is a miracle-working God. He specializes in miracles. There is nothing too hard for the Lord.
There is a story that took place in chapter 9 of Matthew's Gospel:
Verses 18-19: "...a synagogue leader came and knelt before Him and said, 'My daughter has just died. But come and put Your hand on her, and she will live.' Jesus got up and went with him, and so did His disciples."
Verses 23-25: "When Jesus entered the synagogue leader's house and saw the noisy crowd and people playing pipes, he said, 'Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep.' But they laughed at Him. After the crowd had been put outside, He went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up."
You talk about a turnaround! That, my friend, was a turnaround! (Photo via Pixabay)
The synagogue leader had come to Jesus and said, My daughter is dead, but if you will come and put your hand on her, she will live. Jesus knew the little girl was dead, but He was always looking for opportunities to show the people the miracle-working power of His Father. He was always proving that He was the true Messiah.
God wants to give you a miracle and a turnaround because He wants to use it to help someone else's life turn around. He is always seeking those He can save, and your miracle may be the next one that God will use to give someone else their turnaround!
Reason three: The last reason is God's desire is to always give His children the best. Psalms 37:4 declares, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." It is always the desire of the Father to see that all your needs are met and that you have ALL YOU NEED AND WANT IN HIM!
John said, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2).
When you're in a situation that seems insurmountable, the one ploy of the enemy is to have you fixate your mind on the thought that it will always be this way. The enemy wants you to think that God doesn't hear and answer prayer. He would lie and tell you that you are the only one going through something of this magnitude.
But, if you'll begin to magnify God instead of magnifying the problem, you will learn that praise is the best way to see that thing turn around the quickest. Jeremiah said through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know" (Jeremiah 33:3).
God wants to turn this situation around in your life more than you want Him to turn it around.
Seems silly, doesn't it? But oh, so true! He wants to prove that He is God in your life and above Him, there is no other. So be obedient to the Spirit. Tell that liar, the devil, to get out of your life and out of your situation.
Right now, I believe I hear some doors opening – even a patio door sliding open – and someone is getting ready to walk onto their back deck or into their front yard (or wherever it may be) and "turn it around." Let's hope you have good neighbors!
Friend, I am believing for your turnaround! https://elijahlist.com/words/display_word.html?ID=23986
