We have democrats who want to remain under the 1871 corporation. This is how they’ve generated their vast wealth and accumulated the power they are walking in. When they see that slipping away, they will be like sharks in a feeding frenzy.

On the other hand, we have patriots who know and understand this nation has not been under the constitution for the last 150 years. They also know that this election, not only the presidency, but congressional seats as well, have been stolen from them. Electoral integrity is essential to the stability of our nation.

Our nation is in a very volatile situation…The 2020 shaking is still upon us…

This is a recipe for a revolutionary war however, it’s not the will of our Lord to have bloodshed on our soil. This is why we are coming together to share what we are sharing this week.

As intercessors, we must pray for grace upon grace to fall upon the people of this nation as they are awakened to the truth.

1984 – by George Orwell- in this book he depicted a dystopian social society wherein the mass surveillance and totalitarian regime rules. Government would control the masses via media.

Media manipulates truth until truth is denied and they manipulate lies until they become the new reality.

1989 - I had a dream. It’s in our book “everspeaking voice of God” It depicted the contents of George Orwell’s book. The media is a propaganda machine controlling the masses with the narrative given them – those trying to expose this were hunted down and imprisoned and re-educated. (I had no idea at that time how true this was.)

Since then, I’ve learned that the media is the mouthpiece of the deep state.

I had a vision I had Monday morning while praying for the nation.

I saw an Eagle flying across the country. He had a flag clenched in his talons. He was strong and his flight was intense, but he was weighted down.

Deception swirled visibly around the flag as it flew.

I looked past the flag and saw 5 weights attached on the end of flag, they were round and appeared to be cast iron. They were attached to each other like this:

-communism

-bloodletting

-lawlessness – (could this be the admiralty law 1871?)

-spirit of compromise

As I prayed in the Spirit, the weights began to fall off the flag one by one. The eagle was jolted when the first one broke off, but he recovered and then they all began to snapped off like bungee cords. (When the first one snapped off, it seemed to trigger the others and they came off one after the other. Boing, boing, boing...)

When the last weight fell, the eagle soared across the nation. Rather than being fatigued by the weights, the eagle had been strengthened by his efforts to fly under the weight. He was not weary, he was strong, and even though his flight was no longer strained, he flew with great determination and the flag flew behind him with vibrant color and strength. As it flew, I saw the cross shining through its red & white colors

The eagle soared across the nation and then flew across the nations of the earth bringing strength and freedom to the people. I saw the spirit of communism break off nations as the eagle flew over them.

THE NEXT 100 (as of July 23, 2020) DAYS WILL DETERMINE AMERICA’S FUTURE

Since the following word was released, we have seen the platforms of the two candidates.

President Trump's platform supports the Rule of Law, he's appointed nearly 200 federal judges, and now has the backing of every major police department in the country. He signed an executive order stating that Churches as "essential", he's publicly declared that life begins at conception, and he's fighting against human trafficking.

Biden's platform supports lawlessness (defunding the police), attacks against Christians (churches are closed, burned to the ground, Christians and police are shot in the street with no media coverage). He wants to fund abortions "at will" all the way up to a woman's due date and promises federal funding nationwide. And, pedophilia legalized (we see this in California as SB145 legalizes intercourse with a minor 14 years old and up (Kamala Harris supported this bill). Remember, as California goes, so goes the Nation).

These are the very issues the Lord showed me our Nation would face. Please prayerfully read the following and do not grow weary, we have 50 days left until the election, we can win this battle for the soul of the Nation if we will pray for this Nation to come into the Light!

THIS IS CRITICAL! This was a solemn warning, no embellishments. I did not have much opportunity for questions when the Lord came to me, nor did I feel as though He was there for me to ask questions. He came to bring a solemn warning to the Church and the Nation.

On Monday 7/23/2020 I was awakened at 3:38 a.m. I knew the Lord was drawing me to be with HIM. I grabbed my Bible and notebook for this DIVINE APPOINTMENT. Many times, I have a quiet time with Him and put on worship music. However, this was different. No music, I knew I needed no distractions. I closed my eyes. My spirit was ignited. The Lord came behind me to instruct, much like a Father would approach a small child. He placed a FROSTED GLASS in front of me. I sought Him for an explanation of why the FROSTED GLASS: The Lord said, “THE FUTURE IS NOT YET CLEAR. IT DEPENDS ON MY PEOPLE AND THE 2020 ELECTION.” (He impressed the importance of our intercession.)

THEN on that Frosted Glass He posted a picture of what a BIDEN VICTORY in the election would look like: If Biden won, it would be in name only. Obama would be the strings, the driving force behind him. The LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) Agenda would be expanded. What is going on now would be nothing compared to what would take place. MAPS would be legalized—Minor Attracted Persons—to be clear, this is an adult, attracted to a minor, entering into a physical relationship with a child as young as 4 years of age. The adult would no longer be considered a PEDOPHILE providing the child was consenting! The MAPS society has petitioned the LGBTQ community for inclusion (they were rejected as of 2019). MAPS already have their own flag, pastel in color. (To be clear, this is legalizing physical relationships between adults and minors.)

Then the Lord wiped that away and posted a TRUMP VICTORY PICTURE.

The word EXCELLENT in Gold was posted. It meant EXCELLENCE in all you do, in your family, in your education, in your work plan, with your parents, your children, void of all complacency and apathy, not with arrogance or pride, but striving from within to strengthen a community that is very FAMILY ORIENTED, the family unit connected, with the FATHER having an integral role. This was EXCELLENCE OUT OF LOVE, SELF RESPECT, and FROM A PLACE OF STRENGTH.

Then that was wiped away and a BIDEN VICTORY was posted on the frosted glass.

A Biden victory would mean ABORTION ON DEMAND ACROSS THE NATION AT ANY POINT IN YOUR PREGNANCY. The 24-hour waiting period would be abolished, fathers would not need to be consulted, anyone of any age could have an abortion with no need to consult parents. Clinics were everywhere. There was no requirement for a hospital at any stage. The clinics were as common as the corner grocery store. “How can this be?” I asked. He showed me that there would be funding increased to promote abortion. It would be posed or presented as a ”humanitarian effort” and “for the betterment of mankind,” I thought of the countries that imposed a 1-2 child restriction. I learned this week that the UN is withholding funding for food supplies to struggling countries unless funding for abortion is put into place along with the package – this is a prime example of “humanitarian effort.”

Then this was wiped away and the TRUMP PICTURE was posted.

The ABORTION INDUSTRY WAS THOROUGHLY EXPOSED. From doctors to politicians, this multi-billion-dollar industry was exposed. In 1860s a scientist was studying reproduction. In his study he was wanting to find out when life started. He did extensive research. He said he could come to no other conclusion: LIFE BEGAN AT CONCEPTION, there is just too much that transpires after that for it to be any other possibility. For mankind to come from that revelation by a scientist to what we see today, is only the work of the enemy. THE POLITICIANS AND THE LOBBYISTS FOR PLANNED PARENTHOOD (and other abortion providers) WHO TARGET THEM were exposed and brought down.

The eugenics side of this operation was exposed.

The profit side of abortion was exposed.

The Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics were left in a shambles, as though people left in a hurry. The stirrups were broken. The stainless-steel equipment was rusted. The EXPOSURE WAS SO GREAT THAT WOMEN WERE COMPELLED TO FIGHT FOR THEIR BABIES.

Then that was wiped away. A Biden victory was displayed.

HUMAN AND SEX TRAFFICKING were legalized. You may wonder how that could be. In many countries, prostitution has been legalized with police focusing on other things. Under Biden, Human Trafficking would be legalized, and no one would interfere with pedophilia (think of MAPS). No one would get arrested for having sex with a minor.

Ricci: I have SIX grandchildren, 2-9, they are not capable of consenting to that kind of adult relationship. How could it be that it would be legalized? This would rip the heart out of every parent, every grandparent. My cry to the Lord was “how is this possible?”

The Lord answered, “it will be financially motivated.” I inquired further, He showed me that under Biden, they will crash our economy so severely, slavery (human trafficking) would come back to the forefront in our nation. This act, would allow people to eat, have a roof over their heads and so on. Imagine poverty so sever, you’d be willing to sell yourself and even your children just to have food on the table. This seems an impossible thought, but in Africa, India, South America and several middle eastern countries, this occurs.

That image was removed. Then He brought in the TRUMP PICTURE regarding HUMAN TRAFFICKING

I saw big dark vats of oil with webs stringing across the nation. Then I saw a dash of DAWN dish detergent hit the center and they were completely dissolved. These vats of oil reminded me of the Human Trafficking Nests in Atlanta, Louisiana, and other southern states. I saw the NESTS exposed and perpetrators convicted. (Human Trafficking nests include sheriffs, child protective services, & doctors covering up this crime.) They were all exposed! You know how a dash of DAWN DETERGENT can dissipate oil? It will be like that! THE use of the Dark Web/INTERNET in this horrific crime will be exposed. THERE WILL BE AN OUTCRY. It will become mainstream and the fight against it unprecedented. When this occurred and the breakthrough came, I literally saw our skies become bluer and clearer as a result of this cleansing. The principalities impact the nation in greater capacity than we realize. With this spiritual cleansing, it effected the color of the skies-they were bluer, pure!

NOTE: Mom had a vision of being in a vortex (like a tornado). This vortex which can represent mind control, was broken! Things opened up!

Ricci: People don't know how many of these sins have PRINCIPALITIES and POWERS behind them. They get their strength from blood-letting such as abortion, and human and sex trafficking, satanic ritual abuse! All of this was broken!

Then a picture of Biden Victory came up again.

TROOPS WERE ON OUR SOIL and there was a FINANCIAL COLLAPSE. He dismantled our military and as he did, foreign troops came up on our soil. The economy began to collapse with the dismantling of the military. America looked like a war-torn, third world country.

That was removed and I saw the Trump Victory:

I saw what seemed like military operations taking Christian missionaries to evangelize other heavily persecuted countries. They were taken to places of safety and extracting from dangerous areas, but the Gospel was going forth in massive outreaches across the world.

CHRISTIANITY WILL BECOME AN IMPENETRABLE FORCE IN THE EARTH! I saw the flow of the SPIRIT moving so powerfully, so full of FIRE, and IMPACTING the earth in unprecedented ways. REVIVAL WILL BREAK OUT IN FREEDOM going beyond the Azusa Street Revival with an unrestricted flow.

That was removed and I saw a Biden victory:

The MEDIA that had continually gone after Trump was now going against ALL CHRISTIANS! The media provokes violent rage within their viewers. It’s a spirit. This is how the media controls people and under Biden, they will have the freedom and encouragement to turn all their efforts toward vilifying Christians in an unprecedented way.

That was removed and He brought forth the TRUMP PICTURE.

The MEDIA WAS EXPOSED AND BROUGHT DOWN! It was so thorough, so quick, the chairs of the reporters were spinning around as they fled! I saw fresh new reporters taking their places. They were investigative journalists like we saw in the 30's, 40's, even 60's. Fresh-face journalists hungry for the truth and determined to get that TRUTH OUT!

A Biden victory would mean that a communistic government would take over. The DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAS GIVEN THEMSELVES OVER TO COMMUNISM, ABORTION, CONTROLLED MEDIA, and DICTATORIAL LEADERSHIP.

9/14/2020: Today I had a vision, I saw a man--he was unrecognizable--in a rowboat. He was rowing backward into darkness. As I prayed, he was drawn from within to row forward toward the light. When I stopped praying to try to focus on who he was, the pull forward ceased, and he began to row backward. I began to pray in the Spirit and he shifted gears and rowed toward the light vigorously. This pattern continued. I asked the Lord who he was. He told me the man represents America, he seems unrecognizable at this time, but if My people will continue to pray, I will draw America back into My Light with a fervency not seen since the revolutionary war. (We know the passion with which Washington fought for the freedom of this Nation from religious and financial oppression.)

ScreenSlaver - 1/24/21 I woke from a dream this morning.

The youth were gathered in huge numbers. It was sort of like a concert gathering... they were so clustered together. Millions. They were jumping up and down and chanting a narrative, but I don't remember it.

They had one mind, one thought. There was a screen above them and one in their hands. I was praying intensely in my dream. Then suddenly the large screen shattered and came crashing down. It didn’t harm them, the pieces seemed to dissolve before it hit them. Next, the screens in their hands broke in half and fell to the ground.

They stopped jumping, they went silent.

They were awake.

These young people had their minds returned to them and I began to pray for them to take on the mind of Christ. Revival hit and they raised their hands and began worshiping God, they wept. Then, they started to leave and as they did, I noticed that they left a fenced or corralled area. When they crossed through the gates, they were warriors... warriors for Christ. A massive revival swept the youth.

Media was a screenslaver to them. It was the dream I had in 89, finally broken.

I sense strongly that when this happens, the rest of the balls on that flag (the one the eagle was carrying) began to fall and could not regroup because the youth would no longer carry or provoke the narratives.

The PRESS Release: Jan 17, 2020 I awoke from a dream. IN the dream, I woke to an AP release- Joe Biden was president. The Lord told me in the dream it was due to voter fraud and media manipulation/influence.

The Lord gave me that dream so we would know without a doubt that Biden was not a legitimate president. No matter what we heard, we were to hold the line. God is going to bring us our Red Sea Moment, we must pray for grace upon the people of this nation as they wake up to the realities we already know. It’s difficult for people to step into the unknown as we saw with the Israelites in Ex 14. The Lord has also provided a path for us, a path of redemption, a path that Jon, Kin & Debbie, all explained so that we would be willing to forge ahead into the unknown and into the freedom’s that God is bringing forth!

Seeds of Matthew 13, I pray this message is falling upon good soil, soil that will pray it through to completion.

It's NOT Over! Trump STILL POTUS & The Re-Birth of Our Republic!

- What I’m going to share now, is about where we are following things that have already taken place since the 1871 incorporation of the US Government. Most of this information came from Jim Pugh, who is a Christian that has a wealth of banking experience and is now a financial operations consultant and business coach, since 1980. He’s traveled worldwide and lived in 13 countries. Is a very intelligent man, an Author and has 35 years theological study in ancient scriptures. The Lord spoke to Nita about the Constitution of 1776 and Jim refers to the Constitution of 1776 numerous times. This was the conception of the Constitution by God in the hearts of men, whether recorded historically as such or not.

- We have to go back to the original Constitution of 1776. God was in the center of the formation of it and it was based on God’s principles and God’s laws. There was no segregation of Religion from Government then. Religion has to be in Government for it to work.

- Briefly, In 1790, a Federal District, the District of Columbia, was created as the new capital, from lands donated by Maryland and VA and the city was named Washington after Geo Washington, in 1791. The Government was moved from Philadelphia to DC and in 1801 Congress passed an organic act, which federalized the territory, putting the land in an ownership pool and titling it a Federal District.

- Initially it was still operating under the framework of the laws of Maryland.

In 1871 because of war costs we were bankrupt and Congress devised a scheme with the Bankers that loaned us the money we needed to continue on, but with the requirement of certain strings attached.

- At this time, The Vatican ruled the world, the City of London was the money source of the world and DC joined in 1871 becoming the third leg, the Police state or enforcement arm. We were the Vatican military arm of the 3 legged stool.

- Our true freedom ended in 1871 and a second Constitution was created, based on one of the criteria the Bankers instituted, in order for us to have our debt call supposedly forgiven. It was never forgiven, however, because the Vatican had opened up a corporation in Puerto Rico and that Corporation became what is now known as WA DC.

- They took the Federal District formed in 1801 and put that Federal District inside this Corporation. This gave the District its own governance. The District of Columbia became a City State with its own laws, and could do whatever it wanted without the approval of the citizenry contained under the original Constitution of 1776.

- So, the Corp. came into effect, the City of London forgave the debt call and put us into bankruptcy and since then we’ve been enslaved until today. After Congress put that District inside the Corporation, that made that District then, a foreign country ownership. Then the governing laws established under that Constitution, they put in place as part of the bylaws of the Corporation, rules that govern the Corporation, laws by which they were going to rule that 10 mile square. That’s all of the rulership they had at the time.

- But going forward, to Roosevelt times, when they enacted the social security act and they forced SS on all of the citizenry under the original Constitution of 1776, we became an asset of that Corporation. They enslaved us by leveraging our ability to generate revenue to repay the debt to the Bankers, who were part of the Corporation. The outcome was that the United States Government was controlled by a Board of Directors made up of the Bankers and members of the Hierarchal order of the Catholic Church-the Vatican. They basically put into motion a number of events over time.

- So, basically, WA DC is a foreign country, and it’s owned by a foreign country. Everyone who works in WA DC are paid by a foreign country. All of our tax dollars go directly to the Vatican Banking system Cartel. They don’t go to the US Treasury. The US Treasury has to borrow money that keeps the cycle of debt going. The people in WA DC are actually employees of a foreign country who are governing the sovereign soil of the United States of America.

- In March of 2020 Pres Trump enacted a National Emergency and put FEMA in charge of that emergency. FEMA has basically 10 regions set up and they set up an organizational structure allowing them to manage those regions as a governmental entity over those regions.

- I learned from another source recently that indeed Chris Miller appointed by Pres Trump recently to replace Mark Esper as head of the Dept of Def. and Pete Ganor who was appointed head of FEMA are in charge of the country under the Military heads now.

- Because of this Nat’l Emergency, the Governors and all of the Territory under that regency basically is responsive to FEMA. FEMA has the ability with their laws to basically become a true government. They have the ability to eliminate due process, the ability to arrest people without due process, they have the right to set up a court system. They have the right to fund things that need to be funded, the right to do all the things a government can do, but they do not have to have the approval of any governmental authority.

- Congress doesn’t have to approve it, the Senate doesn’t have to approve it, the Pres doesn’t have to approve it, even though he’s in the loop. So, by de facto, They have the main governance criteria over those 10 regions until the National Emergency is lifted. Pres Trump gave the authority to the Military, putting them in charge of determining when the Emergency is to be lifted. It has not been removed and cannot be by someone other than the military.

- So, in March of 2020, because of the enacted National Emergency, the governmental authority over the Corporation side of things was transferred over to FEMA and they assumed the duties of the Government at that time.

- On July 4th Pres Trump said, in essence, at Mt Rushmore, that we the people had gotten back our Government and Melania tweeted the same thing. That signaled that we just moved to the Republic. From that point forward, we have no waiting period that has to take place to reinitiate things. On that day Trump and the Military became the governing body over the Republic.

- At that point in time, we had 2 governments. The 80+ million people standing with Pres Trump have authority, in reality, rather than a government whose only authority is by perception and an illusion of control. If the people of the country don’t stand with Pres. Trump, they are basically slaves to a Corporate entity by default and will be treated that way.

- What Trump and the Military did on July 4th, was to give the US citizenry the right of sovereignty that we had with our founding fathers and by God, under the original Constitution. There were transition documents signed that would allow this transfer to take place and it was going to take place under the auspices of the great reset if Trump hadn’t been there. All of the activities to bring the organic Constitution of 1776 up to a current day working model, all of that activity took place from July 4th until sometime right before the election. All of it was done and put in place, all the transition laws to bring the Constitution current, all the governance laws, diplomacy, all the financial stuff.

- All of what has happened since 1871, with the treason Corporation, needed to come over to the Republic to allow us to hit the ground running when the change happened. And that happened from July 4th to right before the election.

He was asked, At this time the Corp. Gov. system is controlled by a lot lawyers and judges, so what needs to happen to execute this and bring us back into sovereignty, reclaiming power based on a legal and due process?

- The WH, the Congress, and the Sup Ct, Federal court system is under and paid by the Corporate system and they are Federal employees of the Corp. run by a board of Directors of a foreign power. The Federal Court system is put in place and governed by and paid from the Corp. The SC has districts that they operate over in the court system. All Federal judges report up through the SC Justices and all of them are employees of this foreign entity.

- So the Justice system is focused on the conditions set by the Corp. entity, as it relates to the outcome of the laws that they are going to rule on, not the Common Law that we thought as under the original Constitution. It was put in place that all the US citizenry would be governed through the court using maritime or Admiralty or international law, the law of the sea. This is in contrast to Common Law or the law of the land. Admiralty law is the British form of law and is evidenced in one sense by the gold fringe on the flags in the court room. You may have noticed that in the latter part of Trump’s presidency that the flags at his events had no gold fringe. When he had his farewell speech, however, where he said the best is yet to come and we’ll be coming back in some form. The flags all had gold fringe, and in essence, that was what he was saying goodbye to. You may want to find a picture and count the flags as well.

- Admiralty law allows the judges to do pretty much whatever the heck they want to do. There are basically no consistent rules from one judge to another. They are again basically, paid employees of the Corporation, doing what the Corp. wants because they have jurisdiction to make the decisions.

- We have to have a cleaning of the WH, Congress, Senate, and Sup C and the Fed judges all over the US. The only way to have law and order while that activity is taking place is to have FEMA step in underneath their rules of governance, because they have the ability to build court systems, and go in with their court system and affect the rule of law, based upon Common law, defined by the original Constitution of 1776. That’s why FEMA has been put in charge.

- Along with that, the military side deals with Military issues. The military, by definition, deals with the trying of crimes of treason, sedition, and crimes against humanity. So, as those court cases pertaining to sealed indictments come out of all of this, they will fall into the Military Justice System. This needs to be tried in a court system that is managed under the Rule of Law and not the rule of the Corporation laws.

-That should come up through the FEMA court system established along with the Military Court that allows us to now have a complete blanket over the United States, focused on what Trump has been preaching all of the time, Rule of Law.

- Concerning the Banking system, we’re going back to an asset-based system.

We have 2 currencies, the US Dollar for local transactions, in country, and Petro Dollars, used by the Bankers to control on an international level. The Petro Dollar is what countries were required to use to settle all trade between countries. This allowed the Bankers to have control, through sanctions or squeezing of other countries to control them. Before Trump, all sanctions on countries were exercised by the CB, with approval of the Vatican, to exercise control over them.

- When Trump first took office he travelled strategically to Saudi Arabia, Israel, the Vatican, and then later the UK to leverage them with documents disclosing their crimes committed and have them sign documents to work with us or they would have all of their crimes, illegal laundry, exposed to the world. He was successful in all of these visits.

-The success of this endeavor was evidenced in the UK, because he was the first man who ever walked in front of the Queen.

- Of the 209 countries, every country has their own currency except Europe, which has Euro Dollars and even some of those have their own currency, but that is only used in country. On the international stage all the dealing is done through Petro Dollars and so Trump, in order to get control over the CB system, he had to effectuate control over the Petro Dollars. In Nov of 2019, there was a dry up of Petro Dollars, the printing stopped. Trump squeezed the banking system and got control of the Petro Dollar by stopping payments in trade from using it.

- Every country out there if you look at the solvency of their financial system now is bankrupt. This was evidenced also when Trump, at some point, took control and folded the Fed Res into the US Treasury. This is another evidence of the 2 Gov. system, as well. Bringing the Fed into the US Treasury was setting it up for the Republic and the new currency. There was a lot of activity that had to go on.

- With the new system, all 209 countries will have set up with their in country currency based on a 1 to 1 value basis at the switch. Because the Petro dollar is no longer the standard, each country has to set up an exchange rate between each other. There is no devaluation in your own country. The difference will come between countries in the asset value of one country compared to the country they are dealing with when the exchange is taking place. The value of the currency will be based on the asset value of the country. That system has been tested for some time now on an international basis, in preparation.

- That’s one reason Trump gave Corporations tax breaks if they brought their off shore accounts into the country. That’s the only place that you will get a 1 to 1 value to your dollar and there is no value loss. That would also keep money from flowing into the new system that was created fraudulently, through laundering, or trafficking, or through drugs, etc. or just printed outside the system.

- Any US currency outside the US will be devalued to almost 0 and outside money will not be allowed into the system. It will be destroyed. With all that Trump has done, he has cleaned the banking system up and prevented the extortion of the tax payer because all will be based on assets and we won’t be responsible to the Banker, the Vatican, or the City of London to provide them with dollars. Any tax dollars that come in after the new system will only go in to the treasury, taking care of the needs of the country and not to the Vatican Bank.

In Conclusion: The Corporation called Washington D.C. is now a foreign entity on American soil of sovereign states. It was established through a loan from the Vatican when D.C. was transferred into a city state within the Corporation. It is now under siege for interfering with the elections of We The People of the United States along with the Vatican and the other foreign nations who interfered, such as Germany, Italy, China, et al. Rule of Law and Two Constitutions

In my teaching tonight, I am giving the basics – I encourage you to research and learn for yourself.

There is much more to learn than what we have time to share tonight.

Previous documents were :

The Declaration of Independence & Bill of Rights which Ignited the Revolutionary War 1776

Articles of Confederation – which were not as strong as they would have liked which caused them to draft the Constitution.

The foundation upon which our American political system is built is the rule of law.

· In the rule of law all persons are held equally accountable under the same laws.

· The contrast of this would be a government of tyranny

· When governance, laws and the administration of justice are determined by the interests of a single person or group of people.

The founding fathers knew the difference between tyranny and the rule of law

· So they wrote the 1776 Constitution as a legal document that would secure the rights and liberties of the American colonies,

· But also spell out the divisions and limitations of the powers of government.

· This Constitution became the supreme “Law of the Land.”

This 1776 Constitution is a compact among the American People

· And kept power in the hands of “We the People” and embodied, protected, and nurtured the principles of human equality,

· The requirement for government by consent, and the securing of natural rights put within The Declaration of Independence…

· Under the Constitution, the people are sovereign and represent

· That sovereignty through representative institutions.

· This is why the people are referred to as sovereigns.

The chief way that consent is granted to a government on an ongoing basis is through the people’s participation in the political process. This is the reason the Constitution “guarantee[s] to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” (1776 report)

When our nation was founded each person was referred to as a sovereign – a real person with God given rights.

· They were We the People.

· Sovereign – A real person. Sovereigns can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot. According to the original Constitution, all government comes from the Sovereign Individual. Without the Sovereign Individual, there is no government.

Our founding fathers constructed a Constitution regulating and creating a central government to perform tasks

· that only a federal government could do

· but at the same time in no way jeopardize the liberties of We the People.

In other words, the new government needed to be strong enough to have the power to secure rights without having so much power as to enable or encourage it to infringe rights. (from 1776 Report)

The Constitution guaranteed to every state in the Union a Republican Form of Government

· Because the people’s participation gave consent to the government through the nation’s political process.

· Under the rule of law the federal gov’t established justice, ensured domestic tranquility, provided for a common defense, promoted general welfare, and regulated commerce between the states.

· Most tasks were left to the states’ responsibilities.

For 95 years the United States people were free, independent and sovereign. That freedom ended in 1871 when the original “Constitution for the United States of America” was changed to the “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA”. When the Corporation was formed.

In 1871 our Congress realized that the country was in dire financial straits,

· So they made a financial deal with the Crown (a.k.a. City of London Corporation – est. by the Catholic Church on Jan 1, 1855 ) thereby incurring a DEBT to the Pope.

· The Pope and his central bankers were not about to lend the nation any money without some serious stipulations.

· So, they devised a way of taking back control of the United States of America and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.

· With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia with the President acting as the CEO of the corporation creating executive orders as he wants to.

THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION

· The UNITED STATES CORPORATION has no obligations or accountability to “We the People” except to make a profit as a corporation. The corporate interest does not benefit the people but uses the people and their labor to make profit for the corporation. This corporation is in concert with the corporate courts and banks to accomplish the theft of the people’s wealth. The unlawful transfer of the Constitutional money authority over to a private foreign bank (Federal Reserve) has completely devastated all of our lives. This crime of taking the money authority away from “We the People” must be corrected and restored back to the Constitutional Republican form of governance.

With the passage of “the Act of 1871” a city state (a state within a state) called the District of Columbia located on 10 sq miles of land in the heart of Washington was formed with its own flag and its own independent constitution – the United States of America’s secret second constitution.

Literally “foreign land” within our nation, not subject to our laws

With this Act of 1871 America came out of common law (God given law)

· And has been operating under a different Constitution,

· A Constitution that does not guard We the People

· But instead takes the power away from the people and gives it to the federal government.

· The very thing our founding fathers did not want.

· The Shadow Government was created in this nation.

This is a Corporation Constitution.

· A Constitution rewritten for the Corporation called The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, written all in caps symbolizing a corporation.

· Not only was there a re-written national Constitution,

· but each state was required to re-write their state constitutions to match the corporation as well.

· Without the people knowing this was changed, the corporation UNITED STATES OF AMERICA deceived We the People through their façade.

This new re-written constitution for the District of Columbia does not operate under American Law but under Vatican Law.

· This is why they are not concerned about following the true Constitution of America,

· nor are they really concerned about what is best for We the People, “the American people.”

· Basically, our constitution was overthrown

· and we lost the independence

· and our constitutional republic our founding fathers had fought so hard to achieve

· and we became “citizens” of the UNITED STATES corporation with the Act of 1871.

We lost our unalienable rights that we were guaranteed under our original Constitution.

· Now licenses are required to do what is our natural right to do

· and called a privilege rather than a right.

· We must have driver’s licenses, marriage licenses, etc.

The Sovereign became property of the Corporation.

· When they became “a citizen”, they gave up their rights to the Corporation.

· U.S. Citizen/Subject – A corporate fictitious entity that merely represents the real person. It acts as a “strawman.” [To call oneself a “sovereign citizen” or “sovereign subject” is an oxymoron, since “sovereign” and “citizen/subject” are mutually exclusive of each other.] When asked if you are a “U.S. Citizen” on corporate legal documents, if you check “yes,” you agree to the terms of Corporate Law and unknowingly relinquish your sovereign status and transfer all of your rights to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION since you are now under contract.

· We are currently in the process of everything legally being turned back to the Constitutional Republic.

· President Trump understood this and made the necessary executive changes that needed to be made to enable this shift.

The corporation acts under Admiralty or Maritime Law.

· When you see a US Flag with Gold Fringe it means Admiralty Law under the Corporation.

· When you enter a court room you have to pass through gates to enter the stand.

· This is also a sign you are under admiralty law of the corporation.

Examples of the Corporation in our lives - Documents that are all CAPS:

Birth Certificate

You only get a copy of your own birth certificate.

· The original is bought, sold and traded.

· Each life begins with value of about 1 Million dollars in value.

· If your family were inventors, Drs or lawyers, Scientist, Scholars, Professors

· your worth could be as much as 10 million dollars.

· This is on a sliding scale, based on ability to impact society and earn status and value.

· At your death, this document is cashed in by the owner.

· You will never see this, until all of this is overturned.

What Life was Like under 1776 Constitution

Nita asked me to talk about Life in America under the 1776 Constitution. To help prepare me for this I read a very small book called What America Was Really Like in 1776 by Thomas Fleming. As I read this book I began to realize that the people of that time were not so different from the people of our time.

The makeup of the population was over half English, but also Scotch, Scotch-Irish, German, Dutch, Swedish, French Huguenots, African Americans and miscellaneous.

In reading about the people of that time, their world of hopes and dreams was not much different from ours. Word came to the colonists through magazines, newspapers, word of mouth of the great corruption in Britain. The colonists had very little positive feelings about this. They felt strong about “no taxation without representation.”

There was the middle class, the lower class, and the upper class of people. Industry was thriving, thriving so much that Britain wanted to interfere with it. Some felt that Britain felt threatened by America’s growth and progress.

Mr. Fleming talks about the class-consciousness or tradition of deference in which there was hardly a town that did not have an upper class group that pretty much ran everything.

Why am I talking about this? Because of what the Revolution did for the people of the Colonies. The People became different after the Revolution – even the founding fathers became different. Class consciousness and tradition of deference was not as prevalent. You see, it had taken everything they ALL could do to come through the Revolutionary War. In fact, John Adams had said that one goal of the American Revolution was “a more equal liberty”. Mr. Fleming quotes historian Christopher Brown in calling the revolution a “world transforming event” in the history of slavery. At the end of the war the issue of slavery was being challenged.

Did you know that one in seven men in the Continental Army was African American? By the end of the war, these men had fought together, side by side for a nation to be free, people to be free from tyranny, for equality and liberty for all men, for justice. Even George Washington freed his slaves.

Others as well. By the time of the Civil War there was close to 500,000 freed slaves.

Why is it important that we talk about all of this? Because the Revolutionary War was the crucible the Lord brought the people through to change and give them the mindset and heart they needed to have in order to forge this nation and our Constitution.

Our Lord valued the Constitution that came out of that Revolution, the Constitution that was written from the hearts He had created in both men and women of all classes, of all people groups. Our Lord so valued that Constitution that was written from His heart that He has kept it preserved in heaven. Nita said she has seen it and stood before it – it is written in letters of gold and the glory of God streams from it.

Our Constitution is worth fighting for.

Let’s look at a couple of things: The United States exists in 2 forms.

· The original United States that was in operation until 1871 as a collection of sovereign Republics in the union.

· The original constitution has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) Kin will talk more about this in a minute.

The American people were never ever told there was a change of constitutions, a change from a constitutional republic to a corporation.

The original constitution, referred to as the 1776 Constitution, has not been removed. It has simply laid dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day.

We have heard President Trump refer to this in his inaugural address to return the power back to the American People.

Today’s ceremony has a very special meaning. Because today we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another, or from one party to another – but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C. and giving it back to you, the American People.

This fact was also made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshal Harlan (Downes vs Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. United States Constitution, Article IV, Section 4

According to Chisholm v Georgia 2 U.S. (2 Dall.) 419 (1793), the Supreme Court ruled that the American People are the Sovereigns of this country, hereinafter referred to as the “American People”;

“It will be sufficient to observe briefly that the sovereignties in Europe, and particularly in England, exist on feudal principles. The same feudal ideas run through all their jurisprudence, and constantly remind us of the distinction between the Prince and the subject. No such ideas obtain here; at the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects… and have none to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty. In Europe, the sovereignty is generally ascribed to the Prince; here, it rests with the people; there, the sovereign actually administers the government; here, it rests with the people; there, the sovereign actually administers the government; here in a single instance; our Governors are the agents of the people, and, at most, stand in the same relation to their sovereign [the people] in which regents in Europe stand to their sovereigns. Their Princes have personal powers, dignities, and pre-eminences; our rulers have none but official; nor do they partake in the sovereignty otherwise, or in any other capacity, than as private citizens.”

Under the original constitution the states controlled the federal gov’t; the Federal gov’t did not control the states and it had very little authority.

The original Constitution operated under Common Law (God’s Law) that represents the voice of the people.

In Common Law contracts must be entered into knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.

Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not commercial Law; it is personal and private.

Common Law operates under De Jure terms, meaning existing by right or according to law; original law.

According to the original constitution sovereigns, all gov’t comes from the sovereign individual. Without the sovereign individual, there is no gov’t.

Sovereign = a real person. They can own property while Citizens/Subjects cannot.

Legislation: The Dictionary Act of 1871 lowered the status of mankind to that of a corporation and raised the legal status of corporations to that of mankind. They took advantage of the mayhem following the Civil War to change our form of government from the Republican Form of Government to a Corporation ran by a chosen few, in essence, a technocracy run by an oligarchy. They changed the status of Americans from State Citizens to corporate US citizens. This is what President Washington warned Americans about in his final farewell address.

“…cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be able to subvert the Power of the People and to usurp for themselves the reins of Government; destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion…The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism…”

President James Madison described this type of government in Federalist 39: “… a handful of tyrannical nobles, exercising their oppressions by a delegation of their powers, might aspire to the rank of republicans, and claim for their government the honorable title of republic…” Federalist 39, President James Madison, circa 1788

In 1798 John Adams said:

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

There was scarcely any part of American life that the Revolution did not influence, from religion to education to business enterprise. The spirit of liberty, the thrill of independence, created new ideas, new emotions, new pride.

The Revolutionary generation had sensed the coming reality in their deepest hearts and minds. They saw that the Revolution was a spiritual enterprise that would never really end. There would always be a struggle to realize its ideals of freedom and equal opportunity for each generation of Americans and to export these ideals to other parts of the world. Dr. Benjamin Rush, a Pennsylvania signer of the Declaration of Independence, wrote that the war was only the first step in the Revolution’s destiny to transform America and the world.

One of the most poignant testimonies to this sense of the Revolution’s power was written by Nathanael Ames, author of a popular almanac of 1776. He predicted that in an independent America, “arts and sciences will change the Face of Nature” from the Appalachian Mountains to the “Western Ocean.” He foresaw “treasures of gold and silver and mountains of iron ore” that would create industries for “millions of hands” in great cities. Finally, Ames spoke directly to us, the Revolution’s heirs.

“O! Ye born inhabitants of America! Should this page escape its destined conflagration at the Year’s End, and these Alphabetical Letters remain legible – when your eyes behold the Sun after he has ruled the seasons round for two Centuries more, you will know that we dream’d of your Times.”

It’s a dream every twenty-first century American should cherish, nourish, and embellish.

Alarming signs of persecution

On Wednesday, President Joe Biden’s* acting secretary of Homeland Security issued a National Terrorism Advisory System warning that some ideologically-motivated violent extremists could mobilize to incite or commit violence. These domestic terrorists, DHS says, object to government authority, the presidential transition, and have “perceived grievances fueled by false narratives.” This bulletin is reminiscent of the very first report sanctioned by President Obama soon after he took office in April 2009, and is already being used by leftists and Democratic Party leadership to label as domestic terrorists all 74 million people who voted for President Trump. This narrative is growing alarmingly louder each day.

Adding to the list of leftists condemning all Republicans and voters for Trump was MSNBC political analyst Jason Johnson, who on Wednesday’s edition of “Deadline” said that Democrats should declare that all Republicans are “terrorists,” adding “you can’t negotiate, you can’t legislate and you can’t work with terrorists.” This is not new, but it is more pronounced each day. Twelve years ago, the first act of Obama’s DHS was a radical creed against those who disagree with government’s overreaching power. Included on the list contributing to the “phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States” were those: interested in end times prophecies; concerned about a possible economic collapse; opposed to illegal immigration, abortion, same sex marriage, and restrictions on the right to bear arms.

These people, according to the 2009 report, were radical racists upset with the election of the first African American president. Now these are the same people with “perceived” grievances about how the current president was elected who are a threat to America. Painting all those who didn’t vote for Biden as domestic terrorists who need to be deprogramed is a radical form of ideological bigotry. But this is what is coming from the mouths of Biden’s prophets of socialism. This talk was sanctioned by Obama’s Administration in 2009, but it has grown louder and louder over the years. Now leftist influencers, the news media propagandists, and Democratic Party leadership are shouting their bigotry from the rooftops. It is alarming.

Egyptians, Babylonians, Nazis and Communists used bigotry and prejudice to persecute Jews throughout the history of the world. Americans must rise up and object to prevent today’s self-righteous political intolerants from taking a similar course against conservatives and Christians. You have a right to disagree, to speak freely, to worship God how you see fit. But unless we exercise those rights, they will atrophy into tyranny. People need to hear from normal, God-fearing citizens about the unfairness of being labeled a terrorist for disagreeing on politics. My advice: Speak up in every venue you have. Stay on point about ideological bigotry. Call on Biden to denounce these narratives. Be calm. Express yourself articulately. As in Psalm 94:16, “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers?” Our Lord will, but He often chooses to work through us.

Not only that but the illegal election invalidated it. Jesus appeared to me and told me he would not be inaugurated. He is in the seat of authority illegally, and it cannot last; it cannot last, just trust me.
