News from Barbara Potts

Dear our many friends and family, 

Jim lost his valiant battle against pancreatic cancer yesterday morning.... 

Thank you all for your love and prayers. My heart is broken with a pain that cannot be articulated. The whole thing was so unexpected and so fast. All of our plans are now canceled and I am moving forward into a future I know nothing about. My dear children have said they aren't going home until I get things resolved. 

Though Jim served active duty during war time he did not have a 20 year service. So because of the shrinking space at Arlington he will have to be inurned in the columbarium. Jim was a veteran and a patriot who served in the US Navy as an officer on a nuclear submarine during the Vietnam war era. He was always honored to serve. Hence, the decision to inurn him in Arlington. His post military career was all directed by his Naval Academy experience and his Navy nuclear power training. 

I am lifted and blessed by my precious children and family and the many many people who have been standing with us through this battle... The power of your love and prayers cannot be overstated. 

In all, may God be glorified...

My future and way ahead is full of unknowns.  But these things I  KNOW:

  • God is GOOD – Luke 18:19

  • God NEVER changes – He is the same yesterday, today and forever. – Hebrews 13:8

  • He will work all things out for my GOOD – Romans 8:28

  • In my weakness He is STRONG – 2 Corinthians 12:9

  • His plans for my future are full of HOPE – Jeremiah 29:11

  • His LOVE never fails; His MERCY endures forever – 1 Corinthians 13:8 and Psalm 136

  • He will NEVER LEAVE ME nor forsake me – Hebrews 13:5

  • He is my STRENGTH and my SHIELD – Psalm 28:7

  • He HEALS the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds – Psalm 147:3

  • He will DIRECT MY PATH – Proverbs 3:5-6

Many of you have asked me if you could help me in any way. PRAYER is number one. Also, as I have thought about this, these realities are looming ahead: 

  • The medical charges I will be responsible for related to Jim’s oncology and hospital care are unknown at this point, though it is highly possible that insurance will not cover them all.

  • Because of the loss of Jim’s income, I will not be able to stay in this house we designed and built together 35 years ago.

  • There is a weight of debt I must somehow navigate through.

Therefore any financial gifts you could give would be so much appreciated.  We have set up a donation page for this purpose.

A word upon awakening this morning -- from Carolyn Hyde

This is a word I received upon awakening this morning:

Can you imagine a time when you would have nothing? There will come a time
in America when everything the people hold dear to their hearts and consider
essential for life will be removed. No phone nor computer, no luxuries, no
comfort. But what about real necessities?

No food, no water, no shelter, no clothing either. This I could not imagine
because people would literally go insane.

And I heard Adonai say, “All they would have is Me but will that be enough?
This is the state that some, especially young adults and teens will have to
arrive at in order not to perish.”

And then I saw people who have been thoroughly distracted and I could
imagine this, because the mercy of our G-d is that great to remove every
obstacle so that His sheep would at last return to Him.

I share this dream I had late last year:

Living in a Convenience Store

October 3, 2020 — In the dream, my wife and I were living in a convenience
store. There were others there with us. We all had lost everything and were
sleeping on the floor on air mattresses. The shelves seemed well stocked,
but the power was out. It was dark outside, and I did not feel safe.

A few days later, I was having breakfast with a good friend of mine. He is
also a Jewish believer. I shared the dream with him, and with a shocked look
on his face, he began to tell me that he had a similar dream several weeks
ago where he and his wife were also living in a convenience store.

“THE T•R•U•M•P CHARIOT;..THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGEMENT ARE TURNING,..A NATION GOING BACK TO ITS FUTURE”…!

Finally, here is the dream I have been wanting to share with you all,…I strongly encourage you all to please TEST, WEIGH AND PRAY over everything I share,…by faith and in the Grace of God I endeavor to outline prophetically what I saw and understood to be shown to me by the Spirit of Revelation in this powerful dream,…furthermore for those of you who follow my posts you will all know that I am not gifted in the area of drawing or painting,…however I do try to draw what I see and what is revealed to me in my dreams and visions and my prayer is that the meaning of the dream and vision is communicated as clearly as possible through my very rough and raw drawings,…it has been said that 3 year old can draw better and I would wholeheartedly agree,…but please keep in mind the drawing is not to distract from the significance of the dream but rather to try to show with some understanding what I saw in the dream.
…Here goes,…I received this powerful and poignant dream on May 26th,…which happened to be the same day as the ‘SUPER FLOWER BLOOD MOON’,…which I believe is prophetically significant for both the hour and season we are entering into..!!

…So In the dream I found myself Standing in what looked and felt like a desert place,…the atmosphere in the dream felt humid,..dry and very hot,…and the sun was shining very brightly,…but as I looked down at my feet,..I saw that I was standing in a field ankle deep in thick mud and a putrid smell filled my nostrils,…(in fact the strong pungent smell immediately reminded me of what we call “slurry”…here in Ireland,…it’s a type of liquid animal manure that is spread onto fields that encourages the grass to grow to feed livestock)…,it’s an incredibly potent smell and once applied to the field it makes the ground very muddy but incredibly fertile for growth….,now as I stood ankle deep looking intently at this thick strong smelling mud in this field,..I heard these words,…”MEDIA UNDER DEMONIC RULE”….

…Note; (Interesting the letters MUDR in the Hebrew alphabet means,…”NIGHTWATCH”..)

~OX AND HORSE HITCHED TOGETHER
•••And as I heard those words,…suddenly, I saw the letters,…’MUDR’…swirling roundabout me in the dream,…and then I heard,…”WATCH AND PRAY,…FOR THE WHEELS OF MY JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT ARE NOW MOVING THROUGH THE THICK MUD”….,as I heard those words,…the dream seemed to shift,…and suddenly I saw what looked like AN ANCIENT CHARIOT WHICH HAD TWO LARGE WHEELS,…WITH SEVEN (7) DISTINCT WOODEN SPOKES WITHIN THE WHEELS,…AND TO MY AMAZEMENT I SAW THAT THE ANCIENT CHARIOT WAS BEING PULLED BY AN OX AND A HORSE THAT WERE HITCHED TOGETHER,…

~TRUMP; A BRAVE WARRIOR UNDETERRED
…Now as I looked at this strange thing,..suddenly,…PRESIDENT TRUMP APPEARED IN THE DREAM AS THE CHARIOTEER,…STEERING THE ANCIENT CHARIOT,…AND STANDING TALL WITH THE REINS IN BOTH OF HIS HANDS,…as I looked at his face, I could see that he was somewhat TIRED AND FRUSTRATED,…BUT HE HAD THE LOOK OF GREAT COURAGE AND A STEELY DETERMINATION ETCHED INTO HIS FACE,…A WEARY BUT BRAVE WARRIOR THAT HAD SURELY WON AND LOST MANY BATTLES,…BUT HE REMAINED UNDETERRED OR DISTRACTED,..HIS EYES WERE FIXED ON MOVING FORWARD,…


~RING IN THE NOSE…BRIDAL IN THE MOUTH
…As I looked then to the strange sight of the Ox and Horse hitched together,…my eyes were drawn to TWO LARGE GOLD RINGS WHICH WERE CARRIED ON THE BACKS OF THE HORSE AND OX WHICH WERE ATTACHED TO A GOLD RING THAT WENT THROUGH THE NOSTRILS OF THE OX AND A GOLD BRIDLE THAT WAS IN THE HORSES MOUTH,…both stood side by side,…with their hooves deeply entrenched in the thick smelly mud,…
…Now as I looked back again for a moment at President Trump as the Charioteer,…and I saw that he was wearing what looked like a MANTLE,….(like a superman cape),…WHICH WAS A LARGE AMERICAN FLAG THAT COMPLETELY COVERED HIS BACK,…now as I looked at PRESIDENT TRUMP AND THE AMERICAN FLAG ON HIS BACK,….


~ A YOKING TOGETHER OF THE APOSTOLIC AND PROPHETIC
•••My eyes were immediately drawn back to the Horse and the Ox,…that were standing together,..and as I began to inquire of the Lord what I was seeing,..suddenly,…I heard the Spirit say,…”WATCH!…FOR NOW I AM YOKING TOGETHER THE APOSTOLIC (Ox) AND THE PROPHETIC (Horse) IN A NEW WAY,…AND A DOUBLE PORTION ANOINTING SHALL COME UPON THEM AS THE TWO BECOME ONE IN PURPOSE,…AND THEY SHALL BUILD AND ESTABLISH MY KINGDOM IN THE EARTH NOT BY MIGHT NOR BY POWER, BUT BY MY SPIRIT,..AND IN UNITY THEY SHALL STAND TOGETHER AND OVERCOME IN GREAT VICTORY”…
~A THREE STRANDED WHIP; THE DEMON OF PRIDE


•••As I heard those words,…I saw the GREAT POWER OF THE HORSE AT WORK AS IT WAS TRYING TO MOVE FORWARD IN ONE DIRECTION,…and I saw the GREAT STRENGTH OF THE OX IN MOTION AS IT TRIED TO MOVE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION,…and then suddenly,…I saw A POWERFUL DEMONIC SPIRIT APPEARING OVER THE OX AND THE HORSE,…AND ITS NAME WAS ‘PRIDE’,..AND AS I LOOKED AT THIS POWERFUL DEMONIC ENTITY CALLED PRIDE,…I SAW WHAT LOOKED LIKE A (3) STRANDED WHIP IN ITS HANDS,…and I WATCHED AS THIS DEMONIC SPIRIT OF PRIDE BEGAN TO BEAT DOWN UPON THE BACKS OF THE OX AND HORSE,…causing both the Ox and the Horse to begin to pull harder and harder in the opposite direction,..,then suddenly,..(3) THREE MORE POWERFUL DEMONIC SPIRITS APPEARED OVER THE OX AND HORSE,..and the Spirit of Revelation made known to me their names in the dream,…’FEAR, CONTROL AND STRIFE’,…


…AND I WATCHED AS THESE DEMONS BEGAN TO CLIMB ALL OVER THE BACK OF THE OX AND THE HORSE,…AND BITING DOWN UPON THEIR NECKS THEY SEEMED TO BE SUCKING AND DRAINING THE STRENGTH AND POWER FROM BOTH THE STRONG OX AND THE POWERFUL HORSE,….THEN THEY BEGAN TO TRY TO GOUGE OUT THE EYES OF THE HORSE AND THE OX,…TO MAKE THEM BLIND,…THEN WITH LOUD SHRIEKS AND SCREAMS,…I WATCHED AS THE DEMONS ATTACKED THE EARS OF THE OX AND HORSE TRYING TO DEAFEN THEIR HEARING,…THEN I WATCHED AS THE DEMONS MOVED TO THE MOUTHS OF THE HORSE AND OX AND TRIED DESPERATELY TO PULL OUT THEIR TONGUES,….THEN I SAW THE DEMONS DO SOMETHING VERY STRANGE,…THEY BEGAN TO VOMIT IN THE OPEN MOUTHS OF THE OX AND THE HORSE,…THEN I SAW THE DEMONS MOVE LIKE LIGHTNING TO THE LEGS AND FEET OF THE HORSE AND OX,..TRYING TO BREAK AND MAIME THEIR LEGS AND FEET ,…


~DISUNITY BRINGS DESTRUCTION; A NATIONS DESTINY BEING DELAYED
…NOW AS I WATCHED THIS DEMONIC TYPE OF FEEDING FRENZY TAKING PLACE,…I SAW THAT BOTH THE OX AND THE HORSE BECOMING EVEN MORE AND MORE DESPERATE TO MOVE IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS,….AND AS THEY PULLED AND PUSHED HARD AGAINST ONE ANOTHER,…I SAW THE WHEELS OF THE ANCIENT CHARIOT SINKING DEEPER AND DEEPER INTO THE THICK STINKING MUD,…AND THE ANCIENT CHARIOT THAT CARRIED PRESIDENT TRUMP REMAINED STUCK AND STAGNANT,…
~A PEOPLE DIVIDED CANNOT BUILD/PUSH; A DEMONIC STRATEGY TO DESTROY A DESTINY


•••But then suddenly,…something happened,…I heard a loud noise,…the sound of many voices,…shouting and crying out to the Charioteer,…to President Trump to hit the Ox and the Horse harder to get them moving out of the thick mud,…but President Trump kept looking at the people and shouting back to them,…”TO KEEP PUSHING HARDER,….AND THAT HE HAD NOTHING IN HIS HANDS IN WHICH TO BEAT THE OX AND THE HORSE WITH”….now as I watched this all taking place in the dream,…,suddenly my eyes were drawn towards the people in the field that were positioned behind the Ancient Chariot and President Trump,…and I watched as the SPIRITS OF PRIDE,..FEAR, CONTROL AND STRIFE’,…suddenly turned away from attacking the Ox and the Horse and they BEGUN TO VICIOUSLY AND STRATEGICALLY ATTACK THOSE THAT WERE TRYING TO PUSH THE ANCIENT CHARIOT AND PRESIDENT TRUMP OUT OF THE THICK MUD,…I watched as the people quickly became filled with anger,…fear,..and confusion,…and turning aggressively against one another they began to attack each other,…I watched as many began to pick up big rocks that lay in the field and they began to throw rocks at one another looking to kill and destroy each other with the heavy rocks,…then suddenly I heard these words,…”WATCH AND PRAY,..PAY CLOSE ATTENTION FOR SATAN’S DEMONIC STRATEGY TO DERAIL THE DESTINY OF A NATION HAS BEEN TO DESTROY THE PUSHING POWER OF MY PEOPLE AND THE PULLING POWER OF MY PROPHETS AND APOSTLES THROUGH THE SPIRITS OF PRIDE, FEAR, CONTROL AND STRIFE”


~AN APPOINTED TIME OF HARVEST; RESTORATION AND REFORMATION
…As I heard those words,…suddenly I heard the Spirit say,..,”LOOK AND SEE,…FOR THE TIME IS NOW,…THE APPOINTED TIME OF A GREAT HARVEST IN THE NATIONS,…FOR THE WHEELS OF MY JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT ARE TURNING,…RESTORATION AND REFORMATION COMES IN THE WHIRLWIND OF MY SEVEN SPIRITS,…WATCH FOR THE SANDS OF TIME ARE HELD IN MY HANDS”….


…as I heard those words echo loudly in the realm of the Spirit,..,suddenly my eyes were drawn to the TWO WHEELS OF THE ANCIENT CHARIOT AND THE SEVEN (7) DISTINCT SPOKES OF THE WHEEL WAS SHOWN TO ME AGAIN…AND AS I LOOKED AT THE SEVEN SPOKES SUDDENLY I SAW AN HOUR GLASS APPEAR WITHIN THE SEVEN SPOKES OF THE FIRST WHEEL,…AND AS I LOOKED AT THE HOUR GLASS,…I SAW THAT THE GRAINS OF SAND IN THE HOUR GLASS WERE FALLING DOWNWARDS….(like the hands of a clock would be seen moving in a clockwise direction)…,
~A SUPERNATURAL TURNING AND A DIVINE REVERSING; GODS HAND TAKING A NATION BACK TO ITS FUTURE
…And I heard these words,…”WATCH AS MY GOVERNING HAND OF JUSTICE MOVES UPON THE SANDS OF TIME TO BRING A DIVINE ACCELERATION OF RESTORATION AND REDEMPTION IN THE NATIONS,…WATCH AS THE POWER OF MY SEVEN SPIRITS NOW MOVES TO TURN TURN TURN THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT IN THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH”…


…Now as I heard those words, I saw the grains of sand in the Hour glass within the seven spokes of the wheel falling with an even greater acceleration,…and as the sand began to fill the bottom of the hour glass,…I felt a sense of a greater WEIGHTINESS OF GODS GLORY FILLING the atmosphere,…and I watched that as the grains of sand in the bottom of the hour glass got heavier and heavier so the Wheel began to turn,…and the wheel that had become deeply buried in the thick stinking mud,…was now beginning to move slowly forward,…and as I watched the first wheel begin to move,…suddenly,…I heard President Trump who was still standing in the Chariot,…shout out with a loud voice,..”WATCH! THE WHEEL OF JUSTICE HAS STARTED TO TURN”….and as he shouted out those words,…


…I heard the sound of the DEMONS SHRIEKING LOUDLY,…and then suddenly I heard the Spirit say,…”FIRST MY JUSTICE THEN COMES MY JUDGMENT,…WATCH FOR NOW THE WHEEL OF JUDGMENT WILL TURN AS MY HAND MOVES UPON THE SANDS OF TIME TO REVERSE AND REDEEM WHAT THE ENEMY HAS STOLEN,…WATCH AS I TAKE A NATION BACK TO ITS FUTURE”….and as those words penetrated my inner most being in the dream,…my eyes were drawn to the second wheel of the ancient chariot,…and again I saw the SEVEN SPOKES WITHIN THE WHEEL AND AN HOUR GLASS APPEARED WITHIN THE SPOKES OF THE WHEEL,…and as I looked at the Hour glass I saw that the grains of sand within the glass were now falling backwards,…the grains of sand were falling in REVERSE,…(as if the hands of a clock were going in an anti-clockwise direction)..,


…And then I heard these words,…”WATCH AS MY GOVERNING HAND OF JUDGMENT MOVES UPON THE SANDS OF TIME TO REVERSE THE CURSE AND TO BRING REFORMATION AND TRANSFORMATION TO THE NATION,…WATCH!…AS THE POWER OF MY SEVEN SPIRITS NOW MOVES TO TURN TURN TURN THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT IN THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH”…


~THE MIGHTY WHIRLWIND OF ELIJAH COMES FORTH FROM WITHIN THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT
…As I heard those words,…I watched as the grains of sand began to fall with a greater acceleration filling the top of the hour glass,…and as the top of the hour glass got heavier and heavier,…the Wheel began to move forward,…and again I heard President Trump shout out with a loud voice,…”WATCH! THE WHEEL OF JUDGMENT HAS STARTED TO TURN”….and as he shouted out those words,…SUDDENLY I SAW A MIGHTY WHIRLWIND COME FORTH FROM WITHIN THE WHEELS OF THE ANCIENT CHARIOT AND THE WINDS OF THE MIGHTY WHIRLWIND BEGAN TO BLOW WITH GREAT POWER AROUND THE ANCIENT CHARIOT,…


~HEALING & RESTORATION; REALIGNMENT AND REPOSITIONING TO THE PUSH AND PULL OF HIS PEOPLE
…and I heard these words,….”WATCH!! FOR THE SPIRIT OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD SHALL COME IN A MIGHTY WHIRLWIND OF THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH TO TURN THE HEARTS OF THE FATHERS BACK TO THE CHILDREN AND THE HEARTS OF THE CHILDREN BACK TO THE FATHERS,…WATCH! AS I BRING A DIVIDED PEOPLE BACK TO ITS SENSES AND BACK TO ITS FIRST LOVE…WATCH! AS I HEAL AND RESTORE THE PULLING POWER OF THE OX AND THE HORSE,…WATCH AS I BRING A REALIGNMENT AND REORDERING TO THE PUSHING POWER OF MY PEOPLE IN THESE DAYS”….


~THE WINDS OF CHANGE THAT BRING JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT THAT SCATTER THE DEMONS
…As I heard those words,…I watched as the WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT BEGAN TO MOVE TOGETHER AS ONE,…AND AS THE WHEELS BEGAN TO COME FREE FROM THE THICK STINKING MUD,…THE DEMONS OF PRIDE,…FEAR, CONTROL AND STRIFE BEGAN TO SCATTER IN MANY DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS,….
~THE SPIRIT OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD COMES TO TURN HEARTS BACK


…And as the demons scattered so my eyes were drawn back to the Ox and the Horse that had been viciously attacked by the demons,…but now there was a HEALING AND RESTORATION THAT HAD COME IN THE WINDS OF THE MIGHTY WHIRLWIND,…NOW THERE WAS A UNITY IN STRENGTH AND IN POWER AND IN PURPOSE,….and those that had been throwing rocks at one another were now throwing down their rocks,….and they began to come back together and taking their places,…as one Body,…as one people,…AS THE MIGHTY WINDS OF THE WHIRLWIND OF ELIJAH BROUGHT THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE BACK TO THE HEART OF THE FATHER,…THE SPIRIT OF THE FEAR OF THE LORD USHERED IN A TRUE REPENTANCE AND A RETURN TO THEIR FIRST LOVE,….


~A DIVINE REALIGNMENT AND A REPOSITIONING WAS TAKING PLACE,…EACH ONE TAKING UP THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACE IN HONOUR, SUBMISSION AND LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER,…and then I watched as the people began to PUSH TOGETHER,…AND THE OX AND THE HORSE BEGAN TO PULL AS ONE,….AND I WATCHED AS THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT BEGAN TO MOVE OUT OF THE THICK STINKING MUD AND ONTO DRY GROUND,…AND I WATCHED AS THE ANCIENT CHARIOT WAS SUDDENLY PROPELLED FAST FORWARD BY THE POWER OF THE SEVEN SPIRITS OF GOD,….
~RAISING THE BANNER OF T•R•U•M•P..;TIME TO PURSUE,…OVERTAKE AND RECOVER ALL


…AND SUDDENLY I SAW A BANNER BEING LIFTED OVER THE ANCIENT CHARIOT AND OVER THE HEAD OF PRESIDENT TRUMP THAT READ,…”T•R•U•M•P…TRUTH RIGHTEOUSNESS UNITY MERCY AND PEACE…and as I looked at the banner…
I heard these words,…”ITS TIME TO PURSUE, OVERTAKE AND RECOVER ALL,..FOR KINGDOM RESTORATION AND REFORMATION COMES THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT THAT ARE NOW TURNING”…!

My Husband's Nightmare

I trust by now you have all seen the alert I put out regardind a possible WORLD WAR breaking out between Russia and Ukraine -

even starting TOMORROW (Thursday, April 15th).

OK, my dear husband knows nothing about any of this news and we have not talked about this intel here in our home at all.

Also, my husband (Jim) does have dreams on occasion (every so often) but they are usually rather insignificant (or funny) so we

just enjoy these reports together and then keep going.

WELL, LAST NIGHT WAS DIFFERENT.

When Jim woke up this morning, he seemed to be "shaken."

Before I could say anything, he said: "I had a horrible nightmare last night."

WOW.

So, I chose to "wait" on his news and take time to have him get his coffee, etc. before I then asked:

"Do you want to share your dream with me?"

Here is what he said

"I dreamed that the Russians had invaded America. There were troops on the ground with guns.

They took me away at gunpoint . . . They did not kill me immediately, but they kept their guns

pointed at me and I knew in time that I would be killed."

WOW.

That's it - that's all he said. (Apparently I was not in this dream . . .)

Again, given the intel we have been getting (from Sorcha Faal and others), AND given the fact that "something" is supposed to erupt

He will prevail against his enemies.” Isaiah 42:13  This is the first month of the new Jewish calendar.  The month of the miraculous miracles.  God is aggressive, TOO, and He is definitely strong in our weakness.  The Gift of His Presence, word, blood, Father, Son - Jesus, Genius Holy Spirit can carry you even when your face off the giant of death.  I will never be SILENT OR SPEECHLESS.  Just saying.  I am a blessed woman.  Fifty-Five – Sixty years of NEVER taking any medications, no broken bones, no flu shots for over 10-12 years.  GO GOD.  I did NOT have to take a COVID test or vaccine.  Now, that is the FOG, favor of GOD.  God is establishing a Highway of Holiness in the medical sphere of influence.  I listen carefully and He opens the doors to bless and pray for the doctors, nurses, and medical personnel.  Unfortunately, since Friday, 3/12/21 *Please see update below.  I took a medical spiral downward.

I started pulling Biden's EO's this morning and I found something buried in
the Keystone Piepline EO..... way towards the end of the doc.

It turns out that the same day Biden shut down the Keystone Pipeline, he
also lifted the security on our power grid for 90 days (Trump's EO the year
prior secured our power grid by giving China no access.)

Here below is the snippet buried in Biden's Keystone pipeline EO.

"c) Executive Order 13920 of May 1, 2020 (Securing the United States
Bulk-Power System), is hereby suspended for 90 days. The Secretary of
Energy and the Director of OMB shall jointly consider whether to recommend
that a replacement order be issued."

Just a small little paragraph tucked away in one of Biden's EO's the first
day he was in office under the umbrella of "restoring science to tackle the
climate crisis".

So I researched our energy transformers that supply our power grid.

Turns out, we have had zero transformers in this country that were
manufactured in China prior to 2009. From 2009 -2019, China has manufactured
200 of our transformers, supplying 60% of our power grid.

Trump's EO states this snippet, interestingly enough.

May 1, 2020 order, President Trump stated that

"the United States should no longer purchase transformers and other electric
grid equipment manufactured in China. He signaled that it is important to
end relationships that U.S. utilities have directly with Chinese businesses
and multi-national companies manufacturing transformers in China, which are
later plugged into the electric grid in the United States.

Chinese power equipment can be embedded with software and hardware that can
be remotely accessed, enhancing China's ability to commit cyberattacks.
Because power transformers are huge and weigh between 100 and 400 tons, it
is not easy to identify embedded software or hardware. There is also a
potential hardware risk since counterfeit items can be easily put into large
power transformers."
